Funny & passionate. Early in the video I saw the double implication of the word "make." The friend/relative he had been talking with was interested in the "compensation income" meaning, while Mr. Mali chose to focus on "making" a difference.
I love this essay, or talk in this case. I've used him as an inspiration for many years.
